About Marcon
We've Seen This Before.
We Know How to Help.
Every family who walks through this with us starts in roughly the same place: excited about what the home could become, and quietly anxious about everything in between. We’ve been answering those questions the same way since 1991.
Our Story
Built in Burlington. Built to Last.
Marcon was founded in Burlington in 1991 by Mark Deboer — a painter’s son who had learned every corner of residential construction. The belief was simple: do the work right, treat people well, and the rest takes care of itself.
In 2015, Brian Nordeman — who joined Marcon as a freshly licensed carpenter in 1992 and worked his way up to project manager — purchased the business from Mark, who stayed on until his retirement in 2025. Today, Marcon runs multiple crews across the Greater Hamilton–Burlington area, specializing in second storey additions, full home transformations, and complex kitchen and main floor renovations.
Over thirty-five years, one thing has not changed: Local homeowners trust Marcon with their most important investment. We earn it, project by project, crew by crew.
