Main Floor & Full Home

Your Home Was Built for a Different Family. Let's Build It for Yours.

Closed-off rooms. A kitchen that isolates the cook. Most Burlington homes built before 2000 were designed for a world that no longer exists. Marcon rebuilds main floors — and whole homes — to match how modern families move.

What's Involved

What We Handle on a Main Floor or Full Home Renovation.

Full-home and main-floor renovations touch everything. We coordinate all of it so the pieces come together:

Full Home Transformations

Some Homes Need a Complete Transformation. We Do Those Too.

When the whole home needs work — a second storey addition combined with a full main floor renovation — most contractors either cannot manage it or manage it badly. Marcon specializes in exactly these complex, multi-phase builds.

One team. One project manager. One coordinated schedule. The result is a cohesive, finished home — not a series of disconnected updates that never quite feel complete.

FAQ

Questions, Answered Honestly.

Can we live in the house during a main floor renovation?

In most cases, yes. We seal the work area and control dust in adjacent spaces so families can stay through the bulk of the work. If your kitchen is part of the project, a temporary kitchen can often be set up elsewhere in the home.

How long does a full home renovation take?

Full home transformations typically run six to twelve months on site, depending on scope, permits, and structural complexity.

Do you work with an architect or designer?

Either. Many clients bring their own designer; others use the partners we work with regularly. We’re equally comfortable joining an existing design team or coordinating one.
