How long does a garage build take?
A few weeks to a couple of months on site is typical, depending on the size, the foundation work, and how much finishing you want inside. More complex projects can take 3 to 4 months on site. We give you a clear timeline up front and keep you posted every week.
Do we need a permit to build a garage?
Yes, and we take care of it. Setbacks, lot coverage, and height limits vary by municipality, so we confirm what your property allows before the design is finalized. Drawings, engineering, and permit applications are all handled in-house.
Can the garage be finished as a workshop or studio?
Absolutely. Insulation, heating, extra electrical, and finished walls are common requests, and a loft above is often possible depending on the design. Tell us how you plan to use the space and we will build it to suit.
