Brian Nordeman
Brian is the owner of Marcon Construction, taking over the company in 2015 from its founder, Mark Deboer. With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Brian oversees the company while staying closely connected with the management team, field staff, and clients.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, landscaping, woodworking, and being outdoors.
Dave Deboer
Dave has worked in the residential construction industry for over 20 years, 15 of which have been with Marcon. He started as a general labourer before spending 5 years in the supply and design of engineered building materials. Dave returned to Marcon as a Project Manager and has since adapted to suit the company’s needs, developing a well-rounded knowledge of all sides of the business.
Dave’s passions include his family, tech, motorcycles, and gaming.
Dave Blankestijn
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Sales Manager at Marcon. He enjoys getting to know each client, understanding their needs, and helping bring their vision to life from the initial consultation through to the start of their project.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Kristy, and his family, as well as taking long motorcycle rides and enjoying the open road.
Rick Harsevoort
Rick has over 30 years of experience in the carpentry trade and has been a Project Manager with Marcon for the past 5 years. He oversees Marcon’s active projects, working with homeowners, trades, and our team to keep each job organized and moving forward.
Outside of work, Rick enjoys watching his six children play hockey, spending time with his family out on the boat, and being involved in his local church.
Joel Nordeman
With 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Joel works behind the scenes to keep each project organized and moving smoothly from start to finish. He works closely with homeowners to finalize selections, answer questions, and handle change orders, while making sure the crews and trades have what they need along the way.
Outside of work, Joel enjoys spending time with his wife and family, being outdoors, and playing sports.

Between them, our field crew has more than 50 years with Marcon. When you hire us, these are the faces you’ll see on site, day after day.
Murray
Murray has been with the Marcon Construction team for 25 years and is a licensed Lead Carpenter. He brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to every project.
Rico
Rico has been with Marcon Construction for 12 years and is a licensed Lead Carpenter. With years of experience and a keen eye for detail, he is a valuable part of the team. He also keeps morale up with his great sense of humour.
Kevin
Kevin has been with Marcon Construction for 10 years and is an experienced Lead Carpenter. He has lots of framing experience and is the guy to count on when it comes to siding and capping.
Devin
Devin has been with Marcon Construction for 8 years and is currently working toward his Red Seal in carpentry. With years of hands-on experience, he is a great addition to the team and the guy to go to when we need something heavy lifted.
